An 8 panel brochure features over 20 vital pitching drills.
These drills compliment the skills found in

"Effective Pitching Mechanics"
Here are 2 pitching skills as they appear in
"EFFECTIVE PITCHING MECHANICS"©
!!!
"K" DRILL
Goal: Teach the pitcher to add power to the release
and consistency to the pitch.
Drill: While in the "K" position (the pitcher has taken their stride, the
glove hand is pointing toward the target and the ball hand is at the highest
point,) the pitcher completes their delivery to the plate. In the process, the
pitcher violently pushes off the rubber forcing the body to square toward the
target."
" WEIGHT BACK DRILL
Goal: Teach players to keep their weight back during
the pitching motion.
Drill: In the open hip position and the front foot facing the
target/catcher, the pitcher snaps the ball driving the back knee to the front
knee. Immediately after the motion, the pitcher takes a step back to the
original position with the back leg to perform the motion all over again. The
feeling is like falling back into the original position. When the pitcher
strides back off to either side of the line of force, the coach makes the
corrections to bring the stride back onto the line of force."
