Drill: With a runner on second and the infield in position, the coach uses
the "Ground Ball Options" to hit a ground ball to the left side of the infield.
The runners attempt to get to third base, the fielders attempt get the out at
first without the runner advancing."

Goal: Teach the team to defend the bunt in all types
of situations.
Drill: Divide the team into bunters and base runners with the
infielders, including the pitcher, and catchers in position. Either the
coach or a pitchers throws a pitch to the hitter with runners on base in all the
"Men on Base Situations." The runners goal is getting to the next
base, the defensive goal is keeping the runner from moving up, but getting the
out."
