"SITTING DRILL
Goal: Teach the pitcher to keep their elbow above their shoulder with
good shoulder rotation.
Drill: Two pitchers sit with their legs crossed about 20' from one
another. The receiver gives a target in front of their face while the thrower
hits the target. The ball is thrown with little rocking of the body and should
not bounce to the receiver. The pitchers reverse roles."

Goal: Teach the pitcher to keep the body in line while pitching the ball.
Drill: The pitcher reaches their balance point with the front shoulder
pointing directly at the target. The pitcher throws the ball making sure to move
the head in line with the front shoulder and the target. The pitcher finishes
the movement with the throwing shoulder pointing directly at the target."
