pointing at the target… Throwing Arm - the forearm and the upper arm form a
right angle at the elbow… Throwing Hand Palm - facing second base.)...
Motion. Stride Foot - moves forward landing on the inside of the
stride foot. The foot points to the throwing side corner of the plate placing
the pitcher in an excellent "Foot Strike" Position.
