Left Handed First Baseman
Movement - moves slightly around the ball... Right Foot - steps to
open the body to second base... Eyes - look the ball into
the glove...
Throw - body stays low for slower ground balls or a fast
runner... higher arm angle on quicker balls and slower runners...
always chest high over the inside corner of the base...
Feet on the Throw - no steps or left foot replaces the right
to make a stronger, more accurate throw.

Feet - turn the player clockwise to make the throw... Plant - the
right foot plants square to second base... Throw - stride and throw the
ball.
Ball Hit to the Left of the First Baseman. Right Foot - crosses
over planting square to the target... Hips - align with the target...
Left Foot - strides and throws the ball.
